We stand behind the quality of our apparel and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original, unwashed condition. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your 1st Phorm gear so you can focus on your fitness journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
